Recogemos únicamente la aceituna directamente del árbol, descartando aquella que esté en el suelo y escogiendo solamente el fruto que esté sano.
Inmediatamente lo transportamos a la almazara, en vehículos apropiados, sin dejar que el fruto fermente.
We only use olives direct from the tree, discarding the ones collected from the ground and the unhealthy ones.
We then immediately transport them to the mill in specialist vehicles thereby avoiding any fruit decay.
RECEPCIÓNRECEPTION
El mismo de su recogida, la aceituna se recepciona en la almazara para pasar, una vez limpia, directamente a molienda.
The olives are harvested, cleaned and then go straight through to the press, all on the same day.

Sin emplear en ningún caso procedimientos químicos, con lo que obtenemos un zumo de aceituna puro y natural.
We do not use any chemical extraction, so we obtain pure and natural olive juice.

Para que el aceite decante, se almacena en bidones de acero inoxidable perfectamente adaptado para ello.
To allow the oil to settle, we store it in purpose built stainless steel containers.
